Baby it's COLD outside...

WOW!
It got really cold today and tonight is just getting colder. I have NEVER been a fan of the cold, but it seems like the older I get the less I can stand winter. I love snow on Christmas, but THAT IS IT!!! I need to live some where that stays in the 60's or warmer all year round.
I guess it's time to move... :D

Thankfully my hubby, Jason, is a FANTASTIC guy and knew that I was not in the mood to cook tonight. I told you - I don't function well in the cold. When winter rolls around I lose ALL motivation. It's really sad... :(
So he decided we were having chinese for dinner because that's what he loves and craves ALL the time. So Pei Wei it was...

I had my favorite from there - Pad Thai with tofu and vegetables and a spring roll. The portion they give you equals about 3 meals for me so I already know what I'm having for lunch tomorrow! :)

We ended up not doing much of anything tonight because we were all so cold and unmotivated. The girls did talk me into making some more of the chocolate chip cookies. I had another unphotographed one after dinner, but I figured that once you've seen a chocolate chip cookie you pretty much know what one looks like. It tastes just like I remember (from last night and this afternoon) too... :)

Speaking of things tasting good - if you've never tried a GloBar A) you should cause they are super tastey and B) you should check out this give away! 10 free GloBars sounds good - No?
The Healthy Diary is giving away 10 GloBars, but you have to hurry because the giveaway ends tomorrow at 12:00 so - HURRY!!!
I'm off to snuggle under my totally warm and cozy flannel sheets with Jason while he studies for the MacroEconomics test he has tomorrow.

Good night. Sleep tight. Don't let the bed bugs bite...
