And I'm Still Going...

HEY! :)
I've been up and running since 5:30 this morning. I already told you about my running pilates workout this morning. After that the day didn't slow down a bit. I got Linsey up and showered, woke Jason up and got myself ready for work. As sad as it makes me, I usually try to get out the door before Regan leaves her bedroom - less drama that way. She's better behaved for Jason and super stoked to see me at school when she gets there. Win Win situation...

Breakfast was yummy - as usual.

It was pretty much the normal combo - local peanut butter, pumpkin butter (oh how I've missed you!), handful of dried cherries and a small banana. Nothing new today, but so good anyway!

Lunch was something totally new...

I took my favorite bread, Rudy's Organic Bakery 7 grain with flax, and spread roasted garlic hummus on both pieces, then topped one side with sliced red onion, roma tomato slices and muenster cheese. On the other side I put red leaf lettuce and sliced avacado and then put the two pieces togther. It was HEAVENLY!
After that I needed a bite of something sweet so luckily I had this on hand...

It hit the spot!

After work I spent the ENTIRE evening driving across town and back again. Linsey has dance on Tuesday's (as I've said a ton of times) but for some reason she can't seem to remember her dance bag in the mornings. She's just like her dad - can't remember ANYTHING! So Jason picked it up on his way to school and was going to take it to her after class, but HE FORGOT TOO! So that meant that I had to leave work, drive to Jason's work, get the bag, drive it to Linsey at dance, drive back across town to pick up Regan and then drive BACK across town to Linsey's dance school and then drive us ALL back across town to go home. WHEW! Now I'm really tired.
Once we got home I heated up leftovers because they were there, we were hungry and I was T-I-R-E-D!

I know that the chili/corn bread pie thing doesn't look all that pretty in the pictures, but OH MY GOODNESS does it taste fantastic. And then of course these were a must after...

My night is complete and I'm turning the computer off to veg on the couch with the girls for a few minutes before it's time for them to go to bed.

Good night moon...
